Around 9PM Saturday, 2 April, police received a report regarding an altercation that had occurred among a small group of men in the parking lot of Funky Tang’s on Shedden Road. 

 Just after 12AM on Sunday, 3 April, police received information about the location of some of these men at a restaurant on Dr. Roy’s Drive. Police rushed to the location, where they discovered a fight in progress among five men.  Two men received minor injuries during the fight and were treated at hospital and released; a third man was stabbed in the chest and remains in the hospital in stable condition.   During the course of the fight two other patrons were also assaulted.
