Cayman: Elections Office Making it Easy to get Voter ID Card

The Elections Office will be issuing voter ID cards at the below locations and times.

  • Hurley’s Supermarket – Friday,12 March 2021 from 4:30pm to 8pm  
  • Foster’s Countryside – Saturday, 13 March 2021 from 9:30am to 12:30pm
  • Veterans and Seaman’s Centre in Cayman Brac– Friday, 19 March from 9:30am to 1pm

Voters are reminded that ID cards can also be obtained at the Elections Office at 68 West Bay Road, Baytown Office Suites, George Town.

If you already have a voter ID card and have not changed your name or address, then a new ID is not required.

If changes have been made to your name or address or you registered between 2 October 2020 and 20 January 2021, then you can obtain your ID from 1 April 2021 onwards. 

Any form of official ID will be accepted to vote on Election Day. However, voters are encouraged to obtain a voter ID card.
