GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS (PRWEB) MAY 04, 2018

Grand Slam tennis champion Caroline Wozniacki recently visited the Cayman Islands in between tournaments, staying as a guest of The Residences at Seafire, a premier luxury condominium located on the Grand Cayman’s famed Seven Mile Beach.

While on the island, the 2018 Australian Open champion hosted a beachside event for guests of Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and those living at The Residences at Seafire. This included the
‘Caroline Wozniacki Beach Bullseye’ which saw the tennis champion participate in a unique tennis rally with SWS Cayman fly boarder Taylor West, as well as perform a number of trick shots aimed at targets in the ocean. The event was also attended by the newly appointed Governor of the Cayman Islands (a British Overseas Territory), His Excellency Anwar Choudhury.
Wozniacki recently signed on as a brand ambassador for the property, developed by Cayman Islands based developer Dart Real Estate.

“I signed up to become an ambassador with Dart just before the Australian Open in January and since then, I’ve been itching to get back to Grand Cayman,” said Wozniacki. “The event was a really fun way for me to meet many people on island and to try out some interesting trick-shots – I can safely say that I’ve never had a rally with a person on a fly-board before! It’s been great to get some R&R in with a stay at The Residences at Seafire before a busy summer of tournaments.”

Dart Real Estate president Jackie Doak said, “Caroline had a wonderful time while staying at her home away from home at The Residences at Seafire and has embraced her role as an ambassador not just for the property, but for Cayman Islands itself. She was a hit with everyone during the Accuracy Challenge and we look forward to continuing to grow our partnership in the coming months as she heads towards some big tournaments including the US Open, the French Open and Wimbledon.”
