Caribbean Cuisine

David’s Deep Blue RestaDavid's 1urant

David’s Deep Blue Restaurant at the Morritt’s Resort offers elegant dining in East End, with a breathtaking location right on the beach. Chef Remy Azavedo, well-known in Cayman for his delicious world cuisine fusion, is now at the helm of the food and beverage department.

David’s air conditioned dining room has views through the floor-to-ceiling windows across to the sea. Alternatively, diners can sit out on the star-lit verandah and enjoy the cool breeze and the sound of the water lapping against the dock.

David’s Deep Blue is named after the stunning shades of the sea surrounding Cayman, with the décor dedicated to the Islands’ vibrant David'sunderwater life. Colourful fish, crab, octopus and sea urchins wash the walls with vibrant hues, giving the dining room a unique tropical ambience.

The food itself is delightful with Caribbean fusion dishes featuring all the favourite flavours of the region.
