Cable & Wireless chooses Comverse for managed services

ConverseDuring the five-year managed services agreement, skilled Comverse professionals strategically located across LIME geographies will implement a continuous improvement process to ensure service levels are maintained. They will also help the company to optimize costs, enhance the subscribers’ experience, accelerate speed to market for promotions/offers and increase operational efficiency based on objective evaluation of Key Performance Indicators.

Managed operations for Comverse next-generation voicemail, USSD solutions

Test Factory: Testing for new services

By applying best practices of preventive maintenance and analysis of events and trends, Comverse will identify opportunities to reduce risk and expand business opportunities.
