The Perfect Guacamole

· 2 Hass avocados
· ¼ white onion
· ¼ chili (optional)
· ¼ cup of cilantro
· ¼ cup of olive oil
· ½ teaspoon of lemon
· 1 tomato
· Sea salt to one’s liking
· ½ teaspoon

· Add all the ingredients to the KitchenAid’s Hand Blender’s blending jar.
· Serve with linseed and vegetable crackers.
