An experimentalist truth about some doctors myths, theories and practices

I am not a doctor, but I am an experimentalist with proven theories, experience, and sound doctrine.

Firstly, let me simply put, if you want longevity, you must become a realist.  Far too many ancient medical theories are resurfacing because people’s brains have become fogged and lazy.

Relying on precedents are the norm because it is fast and easy money.  Some people are in the business because of greed and hidden agendas while there are others who genuinely want to help and love what they do – profession wise. Yet there are still others who choose professions because it is “the popular” thing to do.

In essence, many patients’ lives are on the brink because they are not questioning doctor’s methods/prognosis but rather do what they are told much to their own detriment.  It is quite common to visit some doctor’s offices only to be told via precedents that, “oh, today you are having “acid reflux” simply because your prognosis was already exposed by a previous doctor.  What a lot of bull!  You are your own best doctor, and the doctors are only as good as what you as a patient feeds them.

Many patients are misdiagnosed because of sheer repetition, and laziness on some doctor’s part.

Secondly, even when a patient presents their reasoning for visiting a doctor, some are quick to dismiss because, says the doctor, “I can only spend 15 mins with you today, as I have a full day.” Those doctors who practice in this way should be disbarred and ashamed but unfortunately, they are not. They simply run to the banks happy as a lark!

Mediocracy breeds laziness and inefficiencies in any system, medical or otherwise.  This is truth!  Popularity practices are the norm in some regions of the world and are being fed in some systems.  Little wonder you have many, “wanna be doctors,” grappling and preying on innocent lives to succeed.

Thirdly, an experimentalist is tried and true, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the modern world.  By default, we are all innovators.  Yet some are suppressed in mental institutions. (Factories and/or enslavement).  Used, abused, and discarded can be the fate of many mental health patients.  However, preyed upon I am Godfearing as he leads, protects, and guides me each step of the way. Therefore, I rest and live in the knowledge of my Creator not a doctor.

One such Ailment: –

Should a doctor tell you, oh, “it’s acid reflux and quickly dismiss your cause, send you home with medications, run.

Did the doctor listen or examined you?  If no, he was using precedents and limitation as his diagnosis.

Popular belief and current medical practices tell you not to eat 3 hours before bedtime. If you do, some proffer, elevate your head or sit up and sleep. Take antacids etc. this is not a remedy, it is only a temporary band aid, as acid reflux is a recurring ailment which does not only come from a poor diet or the amount of food that one eats.

Lastly, eelevating the head at bedtime without any relief does not help you.  Think about it, the oesophagus where food passes through before it reaches the stomach, kinks. If one elevates on a full stomach, this causes food to dislodge, and is uncomfortable, resulting in restlessness and pain.   People are eating all hours of the night in various countries all over the world.  So, I do not believe that it is the timing of eating food. It can be the type of food.  However, I want o focus on the solution to this run of the mill diagnosis which is too common.

Conclusive acid reflux?   If yes, here is the experimentalist remedy: –

  1. Eat and drink whatever you fancy.
  2. Bedtime, if uncomfortable use one (1) pillow, laying flat back.  If you have drank enough liquid, the food will easily pass through. If it does not, flat back relaxes the oesophagus.  Food then evenly spreads in the stomach, aids digestion as it makes its way to your lower intestines into the colon, rectum and wella, zero symptoms.

Systematically it works and the practice thereof has been proven.

Advice: Take time with your body and with God, he will equip you to genuinely help others then you can love, appreciate, and enjoy what you do.
