SYNOPSIS

Light easterly winds and slight seas will continue across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours due to the weak pressure gradient over the Caribbean. Further east, a tropical wave south of Haiti moving west at 15 knots is expected to move through the Cayman area tomorrow afternoon supporting a slight increase chance of showers and possible thunder. Satellite images show isolated multi-layered clouds in an around the Cayman Islands drifting towards the southwest.
