Cayman: John Bodden – 400m Free & 200m Fly

John Bodden has completed his first two races at the Pan American Games. 

In the 400m free, John won his heat and set a new personal best time of 4:04.34. John swam alongside Graham Chartoor of Trinidad & Tobago and Daniel Scott of Guyana. John will proceed to the 400m free Final B this evening at 8:44 pm CT. 

In the 200m fly, John also set a new personal best time of 2:08.22. John, unfortunately, will not proceed to the finals for the 200m fly. 

John will be back in the pool on Aug. 10 in the 1500m free, starting at 11:50 am.
