Local taxi driver Ann Marie Tomlinson has taken the traditional back-to-school “short back and sides” one step further this year by creating her new hair style from school supplies.

Ann Marie, 45, is drawing a crowd with the amount of stationery she has put in hair. From pencils to erasers, sharpeners and scissors as well as a nap sack, note book, calculator and even a staple remover take pride of place in her exquisite locks.

Sassy at Tatiana’s Beauty Salon was responsible for styling Ann Marie’s hair to make sure she’ll always be prepared for class!
