As of yesterday, 17 May, all post-mortems of the deceased in the multiple-fatality collision in East End on 2 May were completed.  The deceased in the accident were Ian Geoffrey Mansell, age 72, Pamela Yvonne Mansell, age 74, Marlene Elizabeth Wright, age 69, all UK nationals, and Shannay Delaphena, age 22, of Jamaica.

 

Arrangements are currently in process with relatives for the repatriation of the deceased to their home countries.

 

The investigation into the incident will conclude with the receipt of expert reports in coming weeks and the file will then be passed to the Office of the DPP for ruling.

 

The RCIPS extends its condolences to the relatives of the deceased in this tragic incident.
