Titled No Time to Wait: Resilience as a Cornerstone for Primary Health Care Across Latin America and the Caribbean, the report presents five strategic recommendations to build resilient, people-centered primary health care (PHC) systems capable of withstanding shocks and protecting both lives and livelihoods.
