Why I rarely open 1:1 coaching — and why January matters

By Christine Ntim

Hi iEyeNews Readers

I wanted to personally follow up — not to “sell” you — but to add context around why I decided to open 10 spots for private coaching experience for January.

Because this isn’t something I do often.

For most of my work, I teach founders at scale — through masterclasses, keynotes, and programs that reach thousands of entrepreneurs globally. That work is powerful, but it’s strategic by necessity.

What’s different about 1-on-1 coaching is depth and personalization. I get time to discover and tackle your major challenges and make progress on the goals you want to achieve which for many are paid speaking engagements, contract opportunities and strong global recognition.

Why January Is a Strategic Advantage

January is when most entrepreneurs:
• Overplan without executing
• Chase too many goals at once
• Or start strong and lose momentum by February

Private coaching in January allows us to:
✔️ Translate your 2026 plan into clear weekly actions
✔️ Pressure-test your personal brand strategy before you invest time or money
✔️ Eliminate distractions early instead of correcting them mid-year
✔️ Build momentum that compounds across Q1, not stallsIn our private sessions,I’m helping you shorten your learning curve and avoid mistakes that cost time, money, and confidence.

What This Really Gives You

By the end of January, you won’t just feel clearer — you’ll have:
• A refined 2026 execution plan
• A personal brand strategy tied directly to revenue
• Clear priorities for the next 90 days
• Confidence in the direction you’re moving

And perhaps most importantly:
You won’t be doing it alone.

Only 10 Private Spots

To maintain the quality of this experience, I’m limiting it to 10 entrepreneurs.

Once those spots are filled, enrollment closes — and this level of access won’t reopen mid-year.

With intention,
Christine
