At about 12:25PM on Wednesday, 26 November, officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on West Bay Road, near Lawrence Boulevard, involving a Chevrolet Colarado and a police service vehicle, which was conducting a training exercise with lights and sirens activated.

Both vehicles received minor damage. No injuries were reported, and both drivers were breath tested with negative result.
