Let’s uncover the real barriers and opportunities for local tech talent. We’re inviting Early Careers Tech Talent, Mid-Level Tech professionals operating in any industry.  Focus Group – Tech Talent Shortage | 12:30pm – 2:00pmIdentify local skill shortages, recruitment hurdles, and mismatches in tech talent demand and supply. We’re inviting welcoming HR professionals and recruitment service providers.    Focus Group – Supporting Tech Careers for Parents | 5:30pm – 7:00pmExplore how families can play an active role in guiding and encouraging tech-curious young people. This conversation will take place at the same time as the Hackathon Prep Session & PC Restoration Workshop for young people. This focus group is for parents/guardians of children interested in technology, and families keen to understand opportunities in tech careers.  Focus Group – Training for Tomorrow’s Workforce | 12:00pm – 1:00pm Are education and training programmes keeping pace with tech-enabled industries?
