| The UN has just exposed the “ruthless and violent business model” of abuse, torture and trafficking of migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees returned to Libya—“perpetrated with impunity” by traffickers, armed groups and state border and migration actors.[1] It is now urging the international community to pause all interceptions and returns to Libya.
