Lighthouse students tour government offices
Sixteen Lighthouse School students yesterday got a first-hand look inside Government’s operations.
As part of a school project to learn about the work that Government does, the young people aged seven to ten years toured the Government Administration Building on Elgin Avenue.
The children were also able to chat with and question Planning Minister Hon. Kurt Tibbetts, Chief Officer Alan Jones and other members of the Ministry team.
The Lighthouse School worked with the Facilities Management Department, which is part of the Planning Ministry, to organize the tour.
