One key to managing your online reputation is keeping your network informed with a clear and consistent narrative. We’re all evolving—in our careers, lives, and priorities—which naturally brings about shifts, resets, and new directions. I’m not the same entrepreneur I was 15 years ago, and the things that once lit me up have changed. 

That’s why I make it a point to keep my network updated on my journey, so we can continue moving forward together. For me, 2025 is a year of renewal, reinvention, and bold relaunches—and I’m excited to bring you along for what’s next.

So “allow me to re-introduce myself” 

By introduction, I’m an award winning 3x CEO, keynote speaker, and tech ecosystem leader with a global audience. I had the honor of being featured in Forbes, Inc, Entrepreneur, Essence, and several media outlets and speak on some of the biggest stages for the United Nations, Worldbank, US State Department, Google, Meta, Linkedin, Mastercard, Columbia University, and hit some of the biggest milestones in an entrepreneur’s career such as making the Forbes List, exiting a company that is now a Harvard Business Case Study, raising capital via pitch competitions and crowd equity and closing millions in contract deals with corporate clients. It truly has been a crazy ride. 

When I reflect on how my focus has evolved, much of my time throughout the year is dedicated to leading my business education company, Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE). 

But over the past year, something unexpected happened—I began sharing the strategies behind my business and personal brand growth with a few clients, and demand quickly grew. As a result, I’m excited to quietly unveil the soft launch of Brand Advisory Lab—my consulting agency dedicated to supporting revenue-generating founders with personal branding, strategic advisory, and speaker career development.

While I don’t coach full-time, I’ve made it a priority to host two live signature programs each year under the Brand Advisory Lab (BAL) umbrella. These are the Personal Brand Launch Academy and the Speaker Brand Launch Academy (formerly known as the Paid Speaker Career Accelerator). These programs allow me to work closely with a select group of clients, helping them elevate their personal brands and speaker platforms in a focused, impactful way. . 

To close out the year, I’m typically on the road—partnering with the U.S. State Department and Fortune 500 companies to lead tech initiatives in emerging markets across the globe. These tours give me the opportunity to engage directly with entrepreneurs and key stakeholders, helping to drive innovation and build meaningful global connections.

This is my professional world. On the personal side, I’m a proud wife and mother to four incredible humans who’s day to day includes a farm full of chickens, 2 beautiful dogs and 1 big adventure each and every day.
