2. Get outbound – master marketing and sales outreach  
3. Speak, take the feedback, adjust your talk and keep growing your client base. 

But very few actually break through into a sustainable speaking career.  And just for a moment, instead of arguing why you need a coach, providing excuses as to why you dont have the time to do this or convincing yourself that there is no practical blueprint to get into the paid speaker circut- today I thought I would keep it simple. 

1. Can’t find the right stages? Then create new stage opportunities that get you paid.  
2. Don’t have people knocking down your doors? Then knock on theirs and reach out with simple tools like Linkedin.
