The Genesis Trust 2013 Cayman Islands Duathlon took place on Sunday April 21st, 7am at Grand Harbour. Marius Acker and Pam Abbott both successfully defended their 2012 titles being first male and female to finish with times of 57 minutes and 1:04:02 respectively. The top 10 results are below.

Organised by the Cayman Islands Triathlon Association and sponsored by Genesis Trust, this duathlon (see attached map) is a 2 mile run followed by a 12 mile cycle and then another 2 mile run. Division prizes for Individual Men, Individual Women, Team, Corporate Team, ‘Fat Tire’ / Mountain Bike (Men and Women). Great random prizes too.

Proceeds from the 2013 event went to support LIFE Ltd. (Literacy Is For Everyone) which is working to improve literacy in the Cayman Islands.
