Police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate Ms. Shanae Jannet Carter, age 28, who was reported missing on Thursday, 22 January 2026.

Ms. Carter was last seen at approximately 9:00PM, on Thursday, 22 January, in the vicinity of the Anthony Eden Hospital on Smith Road, George Town, and officers are concerned for her welfare.

Ms. Carter was last seen wearing a long-sleeved light-brown shirt. She is described as being about 5’8″ in height, of light brown complexion, with brown hair braided into a single braid, and a tattoo of a star on her neck, extending down her back.  An image is provided.

Ms. Carter is being encouraged to attend the nearest police station as soon as possible to verify her safety. Police request that anyone who has seen Ms. Carter, or knows of her whereabouts call 9-1-1, or the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
