George Town, Cayman Islands – August 25, 2025 — Join us on Friday , September 26, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Chamber Conference Room, Governor’s Square, for a dynamic Lunch & Learn session hosted in collaboration with WORC’s Labour Market Demand Unit (LMDU). This event brings together Chamber members and workforce planners for a focused introduction and collaborative conversation about bridging education and employment in the Cayman Islands.

Led by Reinaldo Fletcher, Manager of the Labour Market Demand Unit, the session will briefly outline who we are and how we use data, insights, partnerships and initiatives to inform workforce planning and policy. From there, we’ll surface common challenges employers face—skills gaps, recruitment bottlenecks and training mismatches—and invite an open discussion on real-world solutions.

This is a practical, action-oriented session for employers, HR leaders, training providers and industry associations who want to move from problem-spotting to partnership. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to engage with LMDU, quick actions your organisation can take and opportunities to co-design workforce solutions.
