The RCIPS is advising that a large beehive has been disturbed in the vicinity of the Governor’s Residence, causing a massive swarming of bees in the area.

As such, police cordons have been put in place to ensure public safety, as efforts are made to bring the situation under control.

At this time, the public is being advised to avoid the Governor’s Beach area, including the parking lot and the roadway.
