Cayman: Fourth Meeting of the 2025–2026 Parliamentary Session to Commence on 4th March 2026

GEORGE TOWN, 27th February 2026
The Fourth Meeting of the 2025-2026 Session of Parliament is scheduled to commence on
Wednesday, 4th March 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the House of Parliament, George Town.
Members of Parliament (MPs) will reconvene to advance the Government’s legislative
programme, including the introduction and consideration of key bills that address administrative
reform, public policy, economic regulation and national governance.
The Meeting will feature a substantial agenda, including the consideration of eleven Bills,
namely:
- Public Service Management (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 16th January 2026)
- Mutual Funds (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 4th February 2026)
- Private Funds (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 4th February 2026)
- Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 4th February 2026)
- Traffic (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 5th February 2026)
- Litter (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 5th February 2026)
- Registered Land (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 5th February 2026)
- Administrative Appeals Tribunal Bill, 2025 (gazetted 2nd October 2025)
- Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 20th February
2026) - Health Insurance (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 25th February 2026)
- Health Insurance Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2026 (gazetted 25th February 2026)
This meeting will also include 5 Government Motions, 10 Private Members’ Motions, 54
Parliamentary Questions, and 9 Reports by various Ministries, Portfolios, Offices, and
Government-owned entities to be Tabled.
