All flags, both the Union Jack and the Cayman Islands flag, will be flown half-mast at all Government buildings until sunset today, Friday, 5 September, as a mark of respect, following the passing of Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Kent on Thursday night.

Further instructions will be issued regarding lowering of the flags on the date of the funeral, which is to be confirmed.
