Cayman: DVDL Customer Appreciation Day – Wednesday, 28th May, 2025

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands – 20 May 2025, The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing (DVDL) will be hosting their annual Customer Appreciation Day at all its locations on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025.
The event kicks off at their Crewe Road location from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and at the Breakers and West Bay locations from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They would like the public to stop by and join them in celebrating.
Engaging with customers will be done by Customer Service Representatives and other staff members.
The event will also be used to promote the various service options available at DVDL:
* Online Services
* Customer Support Unit
* Mailing out Drivers’ Licenses Renewals
* Online Forms
Customers conducting transactions throughout the day will receive special giveaways and light refreshments.

Under the Traffic Act, the Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing in the Cayman
Islands was established to assume a comprehensive range of responsibilities. These
include inspecting and testing vehicles, registering motor vehicles, maintaining the
register, issuing licences for both vehicles and drivers, conducting driving tests, and
fulfilling any other functions assigned periodically.
