The attached Cease and Desist notice is in the process of being handed to all vendors operating on Crown Land without a valid Trade and Business License.

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service is handing out these letters, and has started in the area of highest concentration, Seven Mile Beach.

Vendors on the Public Beach are furious saying they have tried, without success, to obtain the proper licenses and feel they are being victimized.
