Cayman Chamber Launches Three New High-Impact Courses with Leading Facilitator Lorna Murphy

The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce three powerful new
professional development courses
, each led by celebrated facilitator Lorna Murphy
a Personal & Business Coach whose psychology-driven, people-centred approach has
shaped some of the Chamber’s most impactful training programmes. With more than 20
years of experience and formal training in psychology, neuroscience, coaching, NLP and
psychotherapy, Lorna is known for creating energising, supportive learning environments
that help participants grow in confidence and capability.

This launch includes two new modules in the Chamber’s flagship Essentials of
Leadership
series, plus a brand-new stand-alone workshop designed for Cayman’s
emerging workforce.


Essentials of Leadership Module 4: Delegation, Time Management & Running

Balance Accountability with Care
Duration: 4 Hours
Today’s leaders must deliver results while also supporting team wellbeing. As President
of the Cayman Islands Professional Coaches Association, Lorna brings deep insight into
mental-health-aware leadership practices.
This final module in the series equips leaders to manage performance professionally
while fostering a psychologically safe and supportive work culture.
