Highway 41 Toy Convoy & Ride for Life Rolls Out for Its 29th Year

A Patriotic Celebration Bringing Joy to Children in Need This Christmas
Normandy, TN – September 17, 2025 – The Highway 41 Toy Convoy & Ride for Life, one of Tennessee’s most anticipated holiday charity events, returns for its 29th year under the leadership of founder and organizer Katy Ishee. Known for its patriotic spirit and heartfelt mission, the convoy brings together hundreds of participants who donate toys to brighten the Christmas season fornchildren in need.
Last year, more than 500 participants joined the convoy, which features an impressive procession of exotic cars, EMS vehicles, motorcycles, and community supporters. Each rider and driver
contribute at least one new toy, ensuring thousands of children across Mid-Tennessee receive gifts during the holiday season.
This year’s convoy carries an extra dose of excitement and star power:
- Ted Nugent, legendary rocker and outspoken patriot, serves as the official Tennessee Spokesperson.
- Roger Piggott, CEO of Iceman Television, will lead the event as Grand Marshal, bringing a professional film crew to capture the convoy as part of the final episodes of Patriot Nation America 250.
- Cheryl Robeson Piggott, Founder of World Orphans Day and The Stars Foundation, will serve as Honorary Chairwoman, extending invitations to celebrity friends and dignitaries to join in support.
National and international media coverage will amplify the convoy’s message ofgiving and patriotism, with features across Tennessee, the Caribbean, the UK, Canada, and Africa. Footage from the event will be showcased in upcoming episodes of Patriot Nation and Hearts on Fire, both produced by Iceman Television of Normandy, TN.

The November 2nd event represents the final film shoot for Iceman Television and the 13 episode Patriotic Television Series known as Patriot Nation – America 250, which will premiere on July 4, 2026.
Lineup begins at 9 AM at Raiders Academy on 865 McMinnville Highway and I 24 exit 111 in Manchester, Tennessee. The convoy will roll at 12:00 noon rain or shine with the police escort. At the end of the ride, Virgil T and Uncle Tom’s Band will be performing along with special guest 14 year old Webb Schmidt.
Everyone is asked to fly the American flag to salute to our nation. Everyone is asked to bring a new unwrapped toy or two to help brighten Christmas for the kids.
