The Cayman Drama Society is pleased to announce its forthcoming children’s theatre production of The Princess and the Pea, adapted and directed by Alena Valiaeva.

This timeless tale, reimagined for a new audience, will be brought to life by a talented cast of adult performers, delivering a vibrant and engaging theatrical experience for children and families across Cayman. The production promises a delightful blend of humour, heart, and visual storytelling, designed to captivate and inspire the next generation of theatre-goers.

Director Alena Valiaeva has crafted an adaptation that honours the original Hans Christian Andersen story while introducing fresh and local elements to enhance its appeal for younger audiences.

Performances will take place at the Prospect Playhouse, with show dates scheduled from Saturday 20 September. Tickets are available via the Cayman Drama Society’s website (www.cds.ky).
