Ms. Dill is a professional actor, director, and playwright and has toured and worked all over the world. She is the chair of the Arts Commission for the City of Tulsa, serves on several boards dedicated to diverse and equitable theatre and arts practices, co-founded  Echo Theatre Company, and has her own non-profit arts consulting firm, Dilletto Strategic Consulting.
 
She holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Arkansas, an MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a B.S. in Chemistry cum laude from the University of Arkansas. She earned a graduate certificate in Global Arts Entrepreneurship from the Global Leaders Program (Harvard) and an MBA with data analytics and marketing emphases from the University of Tulsa where she was the head of Musical Theatre for 22 years.
