What has been your best moment in business?
Choosing just a moment is not easy when you work helping New Yorkers, but overall, I must say the best thing is to have a part in strengthening the relationship between a city agency and the community.
What is your secret to success?
Adapting is the key to my success. Learning, respecting, and embracing new knowledge, other’s cultures, and beliefs. My favorite phrase has always been, “el respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz” which roughly translates to “Respect for the rights of others is peace.”
Who inspires you?
All women. Throughout history, we have shown resilience and an unstoppable desire to achieve things that many said we couldn’t, as well as plenty that were yet to be imagined.
