Petition Requesting The Governor To Initiate An Investigation Pursuant To Section 96(4) Of The Constitution

GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS, 5 February 2021:
Colours Caribbean has issued a petition to the Governor’s Office requesting HE The Governor to initiate an investigation pursuant to Section 96(4) of the Constitution of the Cayman Islands concerning the authorisation by Justice Richard Williams of the judicial review of the Governor’s actions.
