Three men charged in relation to 2016 RBC Burglary

Three men have been charged in relation to a burglary incident that took place at the Royal Bank of Canada, Shedden Road Branch, on 23 June, 2016. The men, ages 30 of West Bay,  38 of Bodden Town and  33 of Bodden Town, were charged with one count of Burglary each, and were all subsequently bailed. They are scheduled for court tomorrow on Tuesday, 29 September regarding this matter.

Burglary of Royal Bank of Canada on Shedden Road Last Night, 22 June 

This morning, Thursday, 23 June, personnel of RBC Bank discovered that a burglary of the bank’s premises on Shedden Road that had occurred sometime after business hours yesterday.  Access was not gained to the vault, however a quantity of cash was taken from the cash dispensing units at cashiers’ desks.

Detectives responded to the report this morning and the incident is under investigation.
