Police are seeking witnesses to a crime believed to have occurred between 4 and 5am on Sunday (6) morning at the Treasure Islands Resort, West Bay Road.

George Town CID confirmed that security at the resort reported a burglary to them around 6am on Sunday.

Police require any witnesses to the crime that involved the theft of the safe from the resort’s main office to come forward.  Police have given no further details.
