North Korea has continued the buildup of its nuclear arsenal even as its leader Kim Jong Un has held talks with President Donald Trump, and the two leaders even shook hands at the border of North and South Korea this summer, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Analysis of satellite images of the country show North Korea has increased production of both long-range missiles and fissile material used in the manufacture of nuclear weapons, the Journal reported.

The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency believes North Korea may have produced 12 additional nuclear weapons after Trump and Kim’s first summit in Singapore in 2018, giving them a total of 20 to 60 nuclear weapons.

The Journal noted that Trump has downplayed the evidence gathered on North Korea’s growing nuclear arsenal, saying Kim “promised he wouldn’t do it.”
