Ogier has been nominated for Law Firm of the Year for the Caribbean, Guernsey and Jersey at the prestigious Citywealth International Finance Centre Awards.

The hat-trick of nominations came after the firm was named Law Firm of the Year in both the Caribbean and Jersey at the 2017 awards at Lords cricket ground in January, having also been named Caribbean Law Firm of the Year in 2016.

The awards are now in their seventh year, and are judged by an experienced international panel representing all sectors.

Ogier’s Global Head of Private Client and Trusts Sally Edwards said: “The last 12 months has seen the strategic recruitment of new partners in the Private Client and Trusts teams in each of the jurisdictions in which we have been nominated, as well as targeted recruitment at associate level.

“These nominations are very welcome recognition of the work done by these teams, and to receive this endorsement for the quality of advice which we provide our clients is very pleasing.”

The awards ceremony will take place on 25 January.

As well as the IFC awards in January, Ogier was also named Best Offshore Law Firm at the WealthBriefing European Awards, while Sally won the “Leadership Award: Professional Services IFC” and Head of Marketing Kate Kirk won “Woman of the Year: Business Services” at Citywealth’s Power Women Awards.
