An action packed weekend of local football is on the cards with the must see game seeing Scholars International take on Elite.

Elsewhere a young Cayman Athletic outfit – languishing at the bottom of the table – is still looking for their first win of the season against Roma Utd.

Here we take a look at the fixtures:

Future vs. Tigers: Both teams are still looking to kick off their season, Future are coming off two concesutive losses while Tigers have only managed to gain a point in their first two games.

Bodden Town vs. George Town: Bodden Town moved upto third in the table with a 2-1 win over Cayman Athletic and they will looking to take advantage of a banged up George Town side. Both Metchie Williams and Justin Pierre are both nursing injuries and are questionable for this game. George Town will be eager to get back to winning ways and will welcome the return of defender to Paul Smith to the starting line up after he missed the clash with Scholars last weekend.

Scholars Int’l vs. Elite: This game is a must see, current Champions Elite will face up with a much improved Scholars team. This tie will showcase some of Cayman’s most clincial attacking talent. Elite’s Dwayne Wright and Scholar’s Carson Fagan, both getting of to great starts this campaign registaring 3 goals a piece in the opening 2 games. Mark Ebanks will be suspended for Scholars following the red card he received against George Town last week.

Cayman Athletic vs. Roma UTD: A young Cayman Athletic team will be looking to gain ground as they currently sit bottom of the Cayman Premier league with two consecutive losses after two games. They will face a strong test in Roma who have come out of the traps flying this season with two wins and are the only team in the Premier League yet to concede a goal.
