Kiwi Cocktail

  • 5 kiwi (peeled, finely chopped)
  • 3 limes (cut into wedges)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 3 cups soda water

Directions

  1. Combine kiwi, lime, mint and sugar. Pound with the end of a rolling pin until crushed. Distribute between 4 serving glasses. Add vodka then fill glasses with crushed ice. Top with soda water. Serve immediately.
