While in Trinidad he met with Sports Minister Shamfa Cudjoe, to bring her up to date with what CWI is offering in terms of international cricket for Trinidad and Tobago.

Cameron said there are two very good tours next year with England an India visiting and he is going around the region to meet with governments to show them the value of these games in terms of boosting their sports tourism sector.

The CWI president explained that England will be touring the region in February and March 2019 for series of three Tests, five ODIs and three Twenty20s.

He said after the World Cup in England, the Indians will be making a stopover for three Tests, three ODIs and three Twenty20s as well.
