GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands – Premier Hon. Alden McLaughlin recently visited with Dr. Buti Kale, Deputy Regional Representative, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, at the Premier’s office at the Government Administration Building.

Dr. Kale, who was making a courtesy visit while in the Cayman Islands, is a resource person based in Washington, D.C., for the UN Early Warning and Preventive Measures Capacity Building Course, run by the United Nations System Staff College and has trained UN, Government and NGO officials in several countries, including Senegal, Papua New Guinea, Cameroon and South Africa.
