BACKGROUND:                 DVES is the main auto repair and fuel dispensing facility for over 1,000 government vehicles.  Phase One of the project will see upgrades to the DVES administration building, and overhauls to the vehicle repairing bays, the parking lot and the government fuel facility in Phase Two. A groundbreaking ceremony on the project took place in February 2018.
