By Eve van den Bol From CIEF

The Cayman Islands Equestrian Federation (CIEF) held its fourth and final dressage show of the season this past Sunday at the Equestrian Center located on the Linford Pierson Highway. Highlights of the show include a strong second place finish in her very first horse show for newcomer, Alyssa Hislop in the USDF B Test, and double wins by Sydney Crowley and Abbey Swartz. Sydney Crowley also collected the Adult High Point Award for her performance on her horse, Calidad, riding at First Level Test 3, while Kayla Mannisto was named Junior High Point winner for riding Pony Up at Training Level Test 3.

Now that the final dressage show of the season is complete the CIEF is looking forward to naming Champions at each level of dressage at its annual awards dinner that is taking place at the end of this month. The 2018/19 show season will start up again in the Fall, and the calendar will be up on the CIEF website (www.ciefcay.com) next month, and can be found under the Events tab.
