Cayman Islands Customs online registration

From Cayman Islands Customs

The Customs Department would like to encourage persons or businesses who have not yet registered with Customs to please complete this process through their online portal, COLS.  COLS can easily be accessed by logging on to customs.gov.ky or using the following link online.gov.ky.cols/faces/home. We are encouraging all persons and businesses who may be importing goods during the holiday season to get registered now before the rush. The process only takes a few minutes to complete.

For individuals (not businesses), you only need to complete a few questions relating to your full name, postal and physical addresses, and scan and upload a copy of a government-issued ID, e.g., passport or driver’s licence, no Voters ID accepted.

For businesses or companies, it will be necessary to provide the name of the organization, postal address, location, a valid business licence and company’s registration including directorship.  Also, it will be necessary to scan and upload a government-issued ID of the owner or director, no Voters ID accepted.

If you have difficulty and require assistance, please visit the Customs Collections office located at #42 Owens Roberts Drive (commonly known as Airport Road), George Town.
