Camp David offers kids their own vacation fun at the Morritt’s Resort in Grand Cayman. Children ages 4-12 years can participate in supervised activities and adventures that focus on the culture, history, and environment of the eastern districts of Grand Cayman. From sandcastle beach excursions, scavenger hunt, cave exploration, bird sanctuary, botanic park, to painting, rope making, soldier crab racing, quadrille dancing, kids are sure to find an enriching experience.

The Morritt’s Resort is the crown gem of Grand Cayman’s eastern Districts and is the proud home of Camp David, an exciting kid’s activities program named after our fun-loving charismatic owner-David Morritt. It is designed for endless fun and adventure. Kids will love taking a break from Mom and Dad to make new friends, a splash at the infinity pool, chip and putt golf, tennis, soldier crab races, or enjoy craft activities that build creative minds. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy organized nature hikes and bike rides in a lush, tropical setting, as well as Beach scavenger hunts and evening marshmallow roasting. Whether you’re into aquatic adventures or land activities, Camp David has something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget to ask the Concierge about childcare services offered at the resort.

Location

Camp David is located at the west side entrance of the Gym across from the Grand building and Infinity Pool.

 

Ages

All children must be 4-12 years old, completely toilet trained and out of diapers and pull-ups.

 

Hours

Weekday sessions from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM daily except Tuesday

6:00 PM-10:00 PM, Monday, Friday and Saturday evening

Closed on Tuesday

 

Rates: Full Day: $80, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (includes lunch)

Half Day: CI$45, 9:00 AM-Noon, or 1:00 PM-4:00 PM (no lunch)

Evenings: CI $50, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM (PM (includes dinner)

 

Family rates are available for 3 or more kids.

Changes or cancellations will be accepted up to 4 hours prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel or change in advance will result in a 50% charge of the value of the session.

Book early, so you can guarantee your kids get their chance at one of the best parts of your family vacation. Advanced reservations are requested by 6:00 PM the day prior.

Fees & Reservations

Reservations can be made through, front desk, in person at the Camp David Room or by leaving a message at Extension 5925. Please provide child’s name, age and contact information when making a reservation

Please note Camp David is available daily except Tuesday and weekends only during the summer slow season. This program is not a babysitting service. However, In-room babysitters can be arranged through the Front Desk or your Concierge. In an effort to better facilitate the enjoyment of all the kids, adult family members are not permitted to stay at the Camp room or participate in any of the events except for scheduled family day activities.
