Students bowled over by YUDP

The Young United Democratic Party treated the Passport2Success “Cohort 5” group to a night of bowling as a celebration on their graduation from the course.

The purpose was to treat the group for their hard work and commitment during the 12 week course, as the P2S course helps to prepare the young group for the working environment.

President Richard Christian said: “I am a big supporter of the programme which I have been involved in as a guest speaker from the beginning.

“Hollywood Theatre gift certificates were also rewarded for the high scorers on each lane. All expenses and food was paid for by the YUDP.”

Also, on the same night we treated the girls from Frances Bodden Girls home to skating at the Kings Sports Centre. This young ladies probably do not get the opportunity to much social events such as this, so we wanted to spread the holiday love and invite them to this “Night of Fun.”

Mr Christian added: “I would like to highlight Eric Ebanks at KSC for his professionalism, hospitality and great service.”
