Ryan Schroeder joins Intertrust Cayman

Warren Keens, Marije van der Lint, Ryan SchroederIntertrust Group is pleased to announce that Ryan Schroeder has joined their Cayman office as Director of Fiduciary Services.

Ryan, a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years’ experience, is an industry-leading professional in the alternatives fund industry. Prior to joining Intertrust, Ryan was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, serving as the Head of Funds Management for J.P. Morgan Global Wealth Management’s Alternatives Investment Group.

Ryan’s recent experience covers a number of regulatory matters such as FATCA, AIFMD, Dodd-Frank, amongst others involving the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of the Controller of the Currency (OCC), the Commodity Future Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Ryan commented, “Over the past ten years, in my prior roles, I have partnered with Intertrust and its legacy companies for a variety of corporate and fiduciary services. Given their expertise and leadership in the industry, the Intertrust Group was an obvious choice to work with upon deciding to relocate to Cayman.”
