ONLY 1 Caribbean location makes Travel & Leisure’s Top 50 Destinations for 2019

The only destination in the Caribbean to be listed on Travel & Leisure’s 2019 Top 50 places to go to may be the combined band of islands south of St. Vincent referred to as The Grenadines. These islands didn’t suffer the devastation of several other Caribbean locales through the 2017 hurricane season, and their current tourism infrastructure and fiscal conditions have only developed to equal their natural splendor recently. The island designated as a high spot to visit is. Bequia.

The island sticks out as a result of opening of the Liming, a resort that provides nine private villas and an extravagance manor home. Other islands in The Grenadines provide notable experiences for visitors also. Mandarin Oriental rebranded and acquired a deluxe property on the island of Canouan. The resort opened officially in July 2018 with just 26 suites and 13 private villas on some of Godahi Beach.
