| Opening at the end of the month is third edition of the Cayman Islands’ multi-site, tri-island Biennial exhibition, which presents the latest developments within the Caymanian contemporary art scene. Assembling an assortment of the strongest works in a variety of media from artists across the Cayman Islands and the Caymanian diaspora, this year’s exhibition is entitled Conversations with the Past – In the Present Tense, and explores the ways in which history continues to reverberate in the present, shaping both personal and collective identity.
