Local author Marilyn Jax presents latest murder mystery novel

Marilyn Jax_LRFollowing on the success of her previous titles, The Find and Road to Omalos, award-winning local author Marilyn Jax recently released the much anticipated third instalment in her popular Caswell/Lombard crime series. Mystery fans are invited to join Jax for the Cayman Islands launch of Sapphire Trails on Tuesday, March 19, at 7pm at Books & Books, Camana Bay.

This free event will include an author presentation, group discussion and book signing.

About the Book

Private investigators Claire Caswell and Gaston “Guy” Lombard receive an invitation from long-time friends to visit their lodge in Bigfork, Montana, a respite far away from the frenzied pace of Miami Beach. Guy has not been himself since they returned from a case taking them to the Greek island of Crete, and Claire believes the trip will do them good. About the Author

Marilyn Jax served as a veteran, senior government enforcement investigator for close to two decades, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)-retired. She is the international award-winning mystery author of The Find, Road to Omalos and Sapphire Trails.

Jax lives in Minnesota and the Caribbean and enjoys spending time in Miami and Montana. She draws on her vast experience as an investigator as she crafts her spellbinding story lines filled with vivid settings and unforgettable characters.
